Evening Todd. We be doing the C-17 dance again today...Thunder Over Ga Air Show next wknd (Oct 1-2) here at Robins AFB so trying to stay a little ahead on the planes...highly doubt there will be any work next wknd. You still in kickback mode with your time off?Morning Jason
Sometimes a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire and pulled really tight helps to force the the beads out. Depending on the tire chuck your using sometimes if you take the valve core out of the stem you will get a lot more air in the tire faster. Another thing to try would be to lube up the rim and beads with dish soap.I'll get them one way or another. Ether is usually a last resort. On freshly painted wheels I'm going to avoid it if I can.
Been doing just that.Sometimes a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire and pulled really tight helps to force the the beads out. Maybe try all three things together. Just a thought.

I have used the ratchet strap and soap with success a few years agoSometimes a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire and pulled really tight helps to force the the beads out.
