Evening Todd. We be doing the C-17 dance again today...Thunder Over Ga Air Show next wknd (Oct 1-2) here at Robins AFB so trying to stay a little ahead on the planes...highly doubt there will be any work next wknd. You still in kickback mode with your time off?

Those atv tires are a pain. We usually use ether or brake cleaner when they're stubborn and not enough air. Just go real light on the stuff and work up to a seating amount.

I'll get them one way or another. Ether is usually a last resort. On freshly painted wheels I'm going to avoid it if I can.
Sometimes a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire and pulled really tight helps to force the the beads out. Depending on the tire chuck your using sometimes if you take the valve core out of the stem you will get a lot more air in the tire faster. Another thing to try would be to lube up the rim and beads with dish soap.
Maybe try all three things together. Just a thought.

Been doing just that.

It's pretty cool here this morning. I'll probably set them in the sun and try again later. They're quite stiff right now.

I have used the ratchet strap and soap with success a few years ago
