Well, I got transferred from the hospital to intensive rehab following a bad accident a week ago. Broken femur, split the ball in half, and shattered the socket.
Just an update as to my disappearance, and no, I didn't get banned, haha!
Seriously, not sure how much posting I will be doing, but hope to lurk a bit and live vicariously through you all. Whole lotta pain, can't walk. Surgeons are shooting for 8-10 years out of their patch job, but I'll need a replacement if I live long enough.
Life changer.

This evening I finally have a appetite, Lisa is working and I haven't found anything that looks good to eat in the house. After seeing that picture I remembered that I have a jar of pickled eggs in the fridge. I am on #6 right now, and two bottles of cider.....



Lisa will not be happy with me come about 2-3am......

Today we have maybe enough snow to cover the grass. Schools are canceled.


I remember days last year where I could hardly make it to work and they still kept school on.

The last two years they had used all their "snow days" up by January. So they had to make days up.

This year they put in for more snow days, but they extended the school year in the summer.


I guess I am not smart enough to be a school administrator, that's why I farm.
