I miss pizza... it's only been a day without gluten but left over pizza was supposed to be supper last night.

I tried the Atkins diet a few years ago. No carbs whatsoever, but eat all the protein you want. I like steak, all meat, eggs,....seemed like a piece of cake. After about 3 weeks a guy would do about anything to eat a piece of bread, or breaded chicken, or anything with sugar. It's tough when you're thinking about it all the time
