Lol, I bought the saw for the stihl bar and a couple of parts. I got it an a 024 for $20. The gas tank looks crooked but I don't see anything broke.

Around here if I say Jonsered, I get the deer in the headlight look. Literally had to give the last one I built away, a 630 heated handled, with a 266 top end. Sometimes you just can't figure people.

We went on one 1 1/2 years ago for our 10th anniversary. It was by far the best vacation I've ever been on.

I'm a little sceptical on this one, it's a Carnival cruise. Everyone I've talked to has said that once you've been on other cruise lines you'll be disappointed with Carnival.

But hell, it was free.


The part I liked best about it was being untied from everything. We got on the boat, put our phones in the safe in the room and had zero contact with the outside world. That was the first vacation I've ever had where I didn't spend at least 30-60 mins a day while on vacation on my phone for work.

We went in a Carnival cruise. It's was really nice to me. Of course I'm just a poor dumb redneck.

The crooked air filter and tank is from a worn or broken AV mount. Or a bent top handle

You're right, I'll have to look into it. I have a 026 parts saw with a good handle. I may have to buy av mounts. They are probably dry rotted by now anyway

Iam claustrophobic and only get on the water if I can swim to the bank. Hell I ain't never seen the ocean how redneck is that.

I'm probably the oddball here, but I much prefer the black and red over the orange. To me, a 670 looks so much better than a 268 or 272. I'd trade my huskies for jred equivalents in a heartbeat

Same here i think they are some of the best looking saws out there I'm a lefty and prefer the johnny wrap to a husky wrap.

I didn't wanna go either. I'm a recovering (notice I never say recovered) addict and alcoholic, and the thoughts of being trapped on a boat with a bunch of drinking scared the hell out of me. I was fine though......it's a big boat.

Handle angle...meh. I switch between dolmar, jred, husky, and Stihl and don't even pay any attention to the angle. I had a 625 and a 51 for years and never knew the difference til I saw it on the webz.

Think it has to do with the lack of dealership and saws around in this locality. Even if they say "Yeah, I heard those are real good powerful saws, they still don't want one. It is big Stihl country here with Husqvarna right behind, since McCulloch left years ago that's what filled those shoes. I should have kept that Jonsered for myself, she was nice with the handle heat. My little cousin needed a saw so I gave it to him instead of the continual insult of trying to sell it.
