I’m an aspiring halfback…
I’m an aspiring halftimer, the good half of the year here and they other half somewhere warmer.

Our neighbour is summers here and winters in AZ, I think me will start looking a little further south, so would that make me a halftimewetback???

Good morning guys,
little sleep last night, one of those days, but I'll make up for it the next night.
Going to town to buy groceries, wd40 and silicone spray.

I'm still in the chainsaw collection, found out I was heading towards 40 with the ones that are under construction, and I don't have room for that many, not until I get the barn done and build a workshop there. That's my plan.
In the meantime, there are some saws that are leaving me, the ones that have no value for me, so I'm trying to think a little about saws that are hard to get hold of, I'm considering keeping those.
40 - 1978, 133 - 1980, 444 -1984, and I strongly consider that 372 xpg w - 2005 should stay.
Same here no desire or need for anything ever
I'm keeping my ported 266/268/272/371/372/2071/2172/288s
And selling excess
I have a 395 builder I need to get ported
My logger cousin retired and said I can have anything I want from his saw piles
I just need a OEM 395 cylinder.
Need to get a light 60cc saw ported eventually as I age
Only have a 257/262 it's pretty strong
Might actually get a new husky to get ported
I don't have any vintage small saw parts.

My forest is not as big trees as yours, you can do all the felling with 50-70cc here.
Now that I'm older, I just want something that is light with as little vibration as possible, and then it's mostly modern saws that are king.

I love my 242's but my elbows definitely don't like them, I'm keeping them because they are the ones I've always loved everything about, symbolic value to me.

The 346's are one that my elbows can handle, and can do most of the work, I prefer them over the 550's.

Now I bought a 540xp mk3 with rear handle to do something the 242 did, and will invest in a 564xpg to do what the 254, 262 and 560 did.

Already got rid of a 42 a 254 and a 560, and more are leaving me.

I'm going to keep the super rare ones, a 133SG that I'm going to try to get back to original will be here, the 40 from 78 is a rarity, and the 444SG in the condition it is in is rarity, I'm going to keep those.
I don't need any of them, or have used them, but I'm going to keep them because they have little economic value.
