Turns out it wasn't the O2 sensor. It's worse. The ECU has gone flaky on controlling the fuel pump. I wired the pump up to to key control, and all is well. This is after spending hours cleaning grounds, checking connections, testing relays, and cleaning the fuel filter.
Just a thought here, can the ECM be opened? If so see if it's a bad or leaking capacitor. Had this happen to a car

Makes you want to run out and replace everything with an electric device and a computer chip brain.
This bullspit is why I have a 1983 F350 to pull a trailer with.....

Poke it with a stick, if that doesn't cure it piss on it till it smokes . That will make you feel a little bit better about it anyways.
I gotta admit....I was pretty frustrated yesterday when I couldn't make it run. 12K for a SXS that is fughing broked !!!!

Good afternoon guys,
I like to inspect chainsaws and build them up from the ground up, but there are very few of them that I use, once they are finished they tend to stay put.
Today I drained three of them of old mix, new mix tomorrow before some test cutting.
Plan is to let some of them go locally, buy a couple of 5xx's.
Always liked the 346's and 242's short powerheads so they will stay.
