Morning gents. Just finished up my Friday. Plan on sharpening some chains today. First weekend in a month I haven’t “had” to work on a vehicle and I’m thankful for that.

That winch isn’t gonna get fitted today . I’m thinking the winch plate could do with some bolt upgrades , for some reason they supplied m10 8.8 grate bolts when most of the holes are m12.
So I,m upgrading to all M12 12.9 grade bolts and that means drilling 4 of the 12 holes to m12.

Also I’ve got to figure out what to do with the 4 x m12 slotted holes in the plate that the winch bolts on to. the 4 winch bolts are m10 , it probably could do with a shallow m10 nut in the slots to stop it moving and a big fat washer as well

I knew it was not a simple bolt it on job..…
