So, what carb kit for the hda 199A, 359 Husky?
I see, K12, k24, k22, k20, k21 that look close but none are specific to the 199.
I remember having this issue years ago when I rebuilt my 1st 359

The general listing for the 357xp and 359 is the K24.
This may require a deeper looking into.

yea, that's what I had here, turned the saw over and gas poured out of the carb
my guess is I flipped the diaphragm and gasket...haven't done that in a while
but, my muff mod sounds good

K24 & D24, but if you replace the top cover of the carburetor with one that has a hole you can use K22&D22.

It looks like the car parts are coming today, which means I'll be a mechanic tonight. It'll be nice to have a drivable car again though.

In the meantime, I'm going to wash the chainsaw parts!

Stayed well above zero overnight here in God's Country.

Temp dropped to -7f near 10pm last evening and warmed overnight to -2f (currently). Claiming to be getting toasty today, all the way into a double digit +17f. Got to luv the north country.

Dang, might be t-shirt weather sometime this weekend with the way it's going.
