How does stuff like that work? Is it insulated, or buried below the freeze line or, electrically traced/warmed or....
Buried below frost line is generally how it is. Where I am it isn’t that deep. I shoot for 24” if I’m laying a new one.

I’m looking for a solution for my tractor too. I need to remove snow from multiple surfaces without getting the bucket caught. The concrete outside the house was somebody’s attempt at screeding, but looks more like they just tamped and dragged it semi level and called it good.
The plow floats on rough surfaces but cleans well with the rubber edge. Doesn’t tear up gravel much. The under slung mount also allows down pressure when you need it, like back dragging in front of buildings.

Just left the funeral home. Such a shame that cancer stole my friend at only 62. The wisdom , skills and knowledge he is taking with him are immense. A great mentor now gone . This Stuart steam engine was completely machined, painted and assembled by him. True craftsman. IMG_20250219_164143615.jpg

Very sad. I'll be 62 in 11 days.

I put some pistons in a 2.4 today. It's actually been a while since the last one.
Someone previously replaced the chains in it and should have their wrenches taken away. Some butchery was done.
They also didn't reinstall the washer between the timing chain sprocket and balancer.

What ever happened with your tractor and the recall?
Screenshot_20250213-170132.png
Sent an email reply to original dealer location with a CC: to corporate office for good measure. Got a quick response then. Parked the tractor in front of the shop on Monday so it would trigger the camera and I would know they were there and could time them. Less than 20 minutes from start to finish for relay replacement, update computer and tighten a couple lines going to hydraulic cooler. Field tech lives 5 minutes from me I figured out today since they were not working and the truck was at their house. Definite 2 day job if you can bleed mother deere for a little extra money on a recall.
