Good morning. Rain gauge shows just over an inch since yesterday. Light snow now , most is melting but roofs are white. 32°F/ 0°C going up to 41°F/ 5°C.

Evening Buckwheat's. Gusty as . . . here. Some gusts almost get ya to do a bit of side-stepping.

Fun fact I've learned since working at a grain mill, buckwheat is a huge allergen in Japan.

It is Gluten Free though. Do you mill wheat in the same facility? What other grains do you process?

Gluten free is in another building. We make the Roman mill bread mix for Japan and Korea and they pay big money for it and do not like the buckwheat.
We also are making bulk mixes for other bakeries.

I've been on the spin bike, 70 minutes, very close to a record, 674kcal - 134bpm average with a peak of 154bpm.

Now I'm going to have a couple of cups of coffee before I clean up the chainsaw mess. The goal is to finish before the week is out.
