Howdy guys we are finally in our home. Only took 2 extra week because of a peice of *s-word part time realtor couldn't be bothered to help his client get there paper work straight. And now us and the other family that was screwed by this guy are taking him to court and the 3 other realtors in this circle jerk are moving to get his license pulled.

And if anyone of yall are ever going to sell your home don't go with a person who has to sell there's first.

Out of the 5 or 10 realtors I've had dealings with, wouldn't give any of them a grade higher than a C. I've known some good people that got into it and got out after a couple of years. They assumed being genuinely personable, honest, knowledgeable and hard working were what it took to succeed just like most professions. It isn't.

Awhile back I read this article about marijuana uses effect on crime. Conclusion was that it didn't increase the likelihood of a regular partaker to commit crimes, but it greatly increased the chances of getting caught.
Did Bubba get noticeably smarter after awhile? Not that he wasn't pretty sharp to begin with.
