Homemade chicken pot pie tonight! We had a lazy day getting ready for a long week for the wife and kids. They haven’t been an entire weeks since coming back from Christmas break, lol. Between flooding, sickness, and snow they’ve had short weeks. Hope everyone has a good week.

I don't know if this is a good thing or not since I can honestly say I have never eaten there. Going to a restaurant of any type, be it fast or otherwise, holds no interest to me anymore. I can't put my finger on why, but maybe because of how some people behave. Few years back I watched some concrete workers come in to a buffet and left trails and the area under the table a complete mess. Obvious that they didn't care. I would be mortified to do such a thing at a business. I guess not being taught to act properly in public would be the main reason. Maybe we need some more parents to tell their kids "Mind your manners" and "Act properly. We are in public." I got my butt blistered as a reminder quite often.

I stopped having t-bones cut. Tenderloin and strip now. If I take in anything over 30 months they can't cut through the spine anyway. BSE and all that.

Yep, exactly that. After 30 months of age any part of nervous tissue is to be destroyed and not allow into the food system. USDA guidelines and all that.

Good Morning / Evening All. It is rare that my morning walk is the warmest past of the day… 37F to start the day but a change in weather pattern will be cooling some all day. Not far enough from melting to be unbearable, just enough to make things crunchy.

Lots of deer activity this morning, tried to capture some, there were 6 or 7 in this heard, I managed to capture three in one image.
