I remember when the Organized Crime Task Force raided my place of work. They eventually gave up and went away, because there was no evidence of organization.

I was invited to a local parade recently. I said "no thanks, I see a parade everyday at work."

She is in a good hospital. And is in good spirits. So that's good. Your prayers are appreciated.
Great to hear! Good vibes headed to TN
Somebody hucked this in the scrap trailer at work.

It's missing a bunch of things but I figure I'll do a build on it just because.
That's totally my style. Dumpster to runner.

Evenin' dix. Went and got an Amsoil fix for my side by side at @Woodpecker . Our favorite Mexican place is over his way, so the wife joined me. Stopped at Mooville for ice cream after a burrito and we got back home in time for the rain to kick up, so it's going to be an early shut down on the day. I'm not complaining!

Many years ago I bought a large batch of well used chainsaws from a professional logger in Setesdalen, the one with all these 262 xpg's + the ones I still have as 444SG, 372XPG and a 254SG.

Ånund is his name, very pleasant person, and not least, very interesting personality.

It's good to see that he gets credit for all the years he has been a manual logger, forest magazines, newspapers, etc.

We are probably talking about Norway's most skilled logger, and most likely the one with the most cubic meters delivered to the timber truck. There will hardly be another person like him again.

He joined his father when he was 9 years old, with an axe to bark, pretty quickly he got his father's chainsaw in his fist, as his father was not a fan of machinery, and a future logger was born.

He was one of the biggest ski talents in Southern Norway, winning pretty much everything he entered, and at Norway's biggest race, Birkenbeineren, he came in 8th, beating the Norwegian Olympic champion, among others.

He liked being a lumberjack, he probably trained a lot on skis too, but certainly a limited amount, limited how much time you get for that type of training after 10 hours on the chainsaw.

He is 72 years old now, a living legend, and still doing what he’s best at:

No chain brake flag, asked him why...
He said, it ruins my workflow, the first thing I cut off on the chainsaw, handle and band.

The 560xpg is his darling, dressed with 13" 325 Narrow Kerf

They admit it was faulty or just out of ideas?

I've had a number of phone conversations with one of their tech guys, Henry. I do understand people make mistakes, don't know what they are doing, ETC. In conversations about my side of the diagnosis of this we've talked about what I do for a career and how long I've been doing it as well as the certifications I hold.
He agrees with me that after everything I have triple checked it has to be an ecu issue.
The problem is that it passes their bench tests.
So, similar to BS I deal with, he needed to convince the people who will allow the warranty claim to happen that there is something wrong with a module that passes their tests based off some clown in Central Wisconsins testing.

I'm sure they deal with people who know very little about anything automotive right up to guys that are basically professional racers. That in itself has to be difficult for their tech team. It's basically like what I deal with whenever I see Boots walking my way. An extremely stupid question is about to be posed.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. It's going to need plastics and the control spring for sure.
It will be a while, Holley has a new ecu on the way for my car and that's priority.
I'll see if I can't get it down to you via the Wisco Express.

An excellent summary.
