Glad you are okay. Incredible bike security and handling to stay upright. I would be calling in, not chancing making it through a day on a construction site after using up more than a single days luck,

I never hit a deer
But at about 3am riding home from work
Going about 70mph something hit me in the chest it felt like a sledgehammer
It winded me
*f-wording hoary bat it flattened out on my chest I had to pull it off
Left a massive black then green bruise took months to heal.
