About 2" of snow and freezing rain coming down now.

Can't wait for another day of broken cars and ridiculous complaints.
Yesterday I got to witness Boots doing an alignment on a car. He must have reset the alignment computer 6 or 7 times. He also probably just stared at the screen for an hour.
He started on it at 11am. Took his hour lunch.
At 3pm I told the manager he needs to take away his son's wrenches.
At 5pm I left for home and he was still staring at it.
Stevie Wonder on peyote could do a better job than this clown.

If I was that customer and didn't get my vehicle back same day for needing an alignment I would be PISSED!! Would be picking the most expensive Yukon or otherwise from the lot and insist on that as a loaner until it was done.

Used to get alignments done while I waited all the time. Ffs man, set the toe and let go, we got chit to do!

That's not how it works.
The customer wasn't waiting so that's about the only positive to the situation.


My oldest daughter texted me, her boyfriend hit slush, hit the ditch and ended up on his roof on his way to work this morning. Hit his head but otherwise ok.
