Good afternoon all. We had fun on the way home from church. Had to call the cops on someone swerving all over the place on the interstate and then when my when my brother went to move over a wackadoodle in a Audi came moved over from behind us and went flying past and almost hit us. He moved over after our blinker was on and we were partly into our lane already when he passed.

Raining today. I did my quarterly driveway work yesterday in anticipation of this wet weather. Gravel doesn’t disappear, it just burrows in the ground I have about a half mile of it to keep up.

Chilly but not supposed to be below freezing for the next week! Church this morning and maybe lunch out somewhere. We rarely eat out but I feel it today.

I hear ya on the gravel maintenance, spend hours plowing it out to the edges of the drive with the snow, then hours scraping it back in, smoothing it back out and crowning it, thank goodness for tractors and blades. Good looking drive thru the pines you have! Ours is about 1/2 mile also, but thru an open pasture, and all the cows enjoy laying leaving their little 'treasure piles' in the tire tracks.

Good morning. Sunny 43°F/ 6°C going up to 63°F/ 17°C. Called to daughter's house this morning. Beeping/chipping they couldn't tell what was going off. It was the crawl space water sensor. The dog or one of the cats peed in kitchen heating/cooling register around 3am. The sensor is right below the elbow joint for the air duct on the crawl space floor. Cleaned up mess and replaced battery in the sensor which is on kitchen counter till it dries out.

Howdy. Things are melting a little bit. Put new tires on my log splitter this morning…what a pain in the ass!! Found some water in one hub, so bearings and seals are next on the list. Gotta haul in some firewood before the rain. Have a good one fellas…

What's up madafakas? Long days this week. I've got two jobs planting trees this week. Removing five olive trees to be planted in another on the property and three big palms to plant at a residential job. One of the palms is supposed to be about 3 tons. Lets hope the crane I hired will get it done.
