Good Morning All. What trouble is everyone going to get into today?

I'm going to see the pain management doc to go over xrays and mri. Hopefully we can come up with a treatment plan so I can be more functional. Last year, they did an injection in my neck that seems to have fixed that area, and nerve ablation on the lower back that worked for about six months. Gonna keep an open mind, but i don't want surgery.
