Yes, I think there good eating, once you skin them. It’s a firm white flesh that sort of taste like pork

And this evening’s rubbery ring catch was 28. Although I should be getting better at not over cooking squid

There's about a 3 second window between delicious squid and rubbery crap you can only feed to tourists who won't come back anyway.

It's not supposed to be rubbery? Maaaaan, first and only squid I had was 40 years ago at a high dollar restaurant on top of a big city skyscraper and it was rubbery.
