Little different today. I got 10 minutes down the road this morning on the way to work and got a call saying they didn't need me today if I wanted to stay home. Played cattle farmer before I left so they were taken care of already. Spent part of the day taking down old electrical service to reuse on shop and patched the hole and replaced the shingles where the mast went through the roof. Got another foot and a half or so of ground rod to drive but my arms say otherwise right now.

Evening Gents. Long day of wearing my brain out in Tech Support. Current temp 89F car temperature 99F 
Right before lunch I got a call from a gentleman trying to reset his password. I could tell it was going to be a long one when he said ‘what’s a user id?’ when I asked for it. Eventually he handed me over to his wife to let her do it. Walked her through a few times….no dice….The User ID/password you have entered does not match our records over and over. I eventually took her one-time password and set it for her, I made it really easy and emailed it to her. Same result.
Eventually I sent her a video/screen sharing invite. Just wanted to be able to see her screen and take control. She joins the session and is on camera then along comes hubby in the background with his shirt unbuttoned. Good laugh out of that, was just hoping he didn’t decide to get changed. After another 20 minutes it became apparent she wasn’t typing the password right. She was Hispanic and I don’t know if she was understanding when I said ‘capitalize’ and ‘uppercase/lowercase’. Every time it failed she said ‘aiii ya yaiii’ - another good laugh. Eventually we got there but damn did I need that lunch break after. The calls are recorded so I played back the ‘aiii ya yaiiii’ to my coworkers for more laughs.
Mentally beat but I’d still like to get a few saw things done this evening. Hope everyone had a good day
