I've tried to tell you cowgirls 100x over the years that chainsaws have the capability to make otherwise grown ass men act like 13 year old girls, and then you throw in that some are incredibly socially awkward and others are like a menopausal emotional women and you have a recipe for disaster.

I agree, it's unfortunate. But it's part of the human condition. It usually separates the weak and the strong.

I don't have a whole lot more to say about it because I actually have to do a job everyday that I can't play with myself and look at my phone. I'm not on Facebook and I don't know what spills over to who and how it all goes down. I'm not really interested either.

What I will say is that some of the people that frequent this forum need more testosterone and less estrogen. These fights these girls have are so avoidable and fixable it's borderline comical.

I was not able to respond fast enough to post last night to the eggshooter BS.
I copied it and after talking to @jacob j. decided I would post it here.

Eggshooter never got fugged over. A bunch of us here tried to do something nice for him and it had some issues that got repaired and made whole. When I could not produce the old parts as they were being made into beer cans at the time, he flipped a lid and never could be talked straight to since and started a giant dramatic campaign. What more can I do with a person cussing me upside one end and down the other because he has rights!
Fortunately, this is/was a rare case and all the other times ventures of this nature were worthwhile and made folks happy which is what we(used to) try to do here. So, if out of all the piles of saws parts, I've given away, ported or repaired for free to help some folks in need and be nice to others, if this is my one failure, so be it. I'd do it all over again if I had to as there was never any ill intent from me to eggshooter or anyone else, I've ever done anything for.
I always say my job is to make people happy, I regret this wasn't the case, I don't believe a gold plated chainsaw would make him happy either.

Yes, not only was my time and effort not good enough, he wanted my porting ways as well. If Karen still wants it all he has to do is crack open a can of beer. As not only wasn't I giving it away, I couldn't if I wanted to, it had already gone to the recycler with all the other super secret metal.

So installing used rings and acting like Iron horse is about the size of it? Gotcha, just wanted to make sure you were in agreement with that.

The rings were still in spec, I did not happen to see the blemish on them, however they would have worn in and been fine. All kind of saws have used rings on them, they don't get changed like spark plugs. The circlip deal had I noticed it would not have been let go, they are supposed to be springy and not bend, why the original cylinder chose to let plating go from the exhaust port, I don't know. Which in part is why I chose to stay away from such saws and cylinders and haven't had such problems since.
