Morning little warmer at 52 this morning on the way to mid 70’s. Thinking a half day of work today and no work tomorrow just get ready for my youngests 16th birthday fishing/camping trip.

I love boats! They are such a great counter example to CAD. "At least it's not a boat!" puts spending a few hundred on parts in perspective.

Morning all
I have been in Minnesota for the last week seeing the wifes brother. Spent the whole time in the rural parts of the state.
Lots of corn and soybeans mostly under center pivots. Saw the source of the Mississippi River.
Lots of campers around the many lakes. Some strange small business signs. Darwins used farm equipment and live wrestling and a large sale coming up called Junkathon which sounded interesting. Old trucks, tools, farm stuff, etc.
We ate at the small Mom and pop places. lots of really good food with large portions.
One spot along the the rural road was Bettys Pies. It had a very good breakfast and about 20 different fresh pies sold by the slice or whole.It was a very popular spot in the middle of nowhere.
With all the Dairy products up there you can understand why the locals tend to be on the plus size.
The weather was nice, 65 to 75 degrees compared to 95 deg. here at home.
Yesterday on the drive back to the big city of Minneapolis airport we were passed by the police going to the church shooting which was the only bummer of the trip.

Heading back from SLC with Tahoe in tow. The driver continued to drive for another 2.5 hours with the airbags deployed in the dark. They didn’t tell me for hours later. Needless to say, they’re getting kicked off of our company approved driver list.

My niece hired a neighbor to mow her property
I was at her place and heard this guy he was on this thing coming in hot

He had his feet down trying to get it to slow down
It was pegged like 6k he ate *s-word in the driveway and it stalled out.
Ripped the heels loose on his boots
Said he bought this thing off facebook marketplace for like 50.00
Never tried it you pedal it to start it
Idle was cranked in and brake shoes wore out
It's pretty damn fast for a bicycle.
