Good morning guys,
I've been on the spin bike, the 70 minutes went really well.
Then the physiotherapist looked at my knee, it's a meniscus injury, I've been given a training program that I'm going to do at home during the holidays.
I had other plans, but I have to prioritize this first.
Tomorrow I'm going to a funeral, one of my neighbors, she just reached 100. Of the oldest people in the valley, I'm myself, scary how fast everything goes, I miss the old folks.
