Took the day off today, looking at a sentimental 61 today that's well worn, gonna refurbish later on, thinking 272 top end, but open to recommendations on top ends,

Mornin' my work beater has made it through 3 different jobs
It's developed a severe death wobble until it hits 74-78mph
No heat just a vague not cold breeze
I was thinking about putting a diesel heater in the trunk.

All the suspension is gone I gave a woman from work a ride home and she said this is just like a gocart bouncing all over the road.
Now the rear suspension has started collapsing into the wheel wells.
I plugged a obd scan tool in
It said please just let me die.

I looked at hundreds of used vehicles at new prices so I just went ahead and bought a new one.

In the past seven years I was driving so much I had three different new vehicles. The Honda and Toyota were both 100% problem free for 70k+ each. This Chevy I have now has had constant issues. Software update drained the battery, slow coolant loss. When it's cold the tranny hammers in and out of first gear. The emergency braking camera will activate at random. Horrible experience, I hope yours is better. I think those are assembled right up near @Woodpecker 's pad.

We just traded one of those away, it was mostly trouble free for the 3 years we had it. Of course you will surpass its mileage in the next 4 months.

As Dave said, those are made in South Korea, so Hyundai/Kia type complaints...

They also make Caddies at the Grand River Assembly plant. Yeah lots of asshöle Caddy drivers in town. Plenty of *b-wording about the newish Ford pick-em-ups too. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had so much trouble with your’s Tim. On paper they seem like a great truck.

Have to head outside after break and receive delivery of some pre assembled head wall units for patient rooms. They are from Canadia. I hope I don't have to pay a tarriff to unload this semi.

I'm having some thoughts about what I should do with this thread. It's become a political thread almost completely. We might be able to set up a private password accessible section for it....but then we are just following what AS did for years. It became toxic....and caused hate between members. According to the poll...about 70% want it to become apolitical again. Either way.....we gotta do something.
