Here’s my 2cents (CDN nickel…)

I like to visit and hang out here because of the diversity of the group. Where else can you talk to people from so many parts of the world that really only have 1 thing in common but can share their life experiences and learn from each other.

My greatest concern for the world is not that common sense is no longer common, it’s that the sign on people’s open minds says closed.

When did it stop being okay to be different or have a different opinion?

I like to think of you alll as friends or even brothers, I don’t expect us to always agree but I do expect us to respectful of each other.

You can’t talk about daily life or living without politics sneaking in. The decisions made by our leaders have more impact on our daily lives than ever before and sometimes to need to let it out.

I know it doesn’t matter how we vote, if one of us needs help we’ll be there. That’s what this group should be, people sharing, and not getting butt hurt if you don’t agree. If you think I’m wrong about something convince me, I”d like to feel we are all strong enough to admit if we are wrong.

Let’s make NSP great again!!!

It’s the WMA shop. Long story! It could have been a 3 bay metal building. They were building several of the same packages across the state. The guy that was here then (actually lives down your way now) told his supervisor “I can build it cheaper!” He may have but the floor isn’t level, the block isn’t square, the walls aren’t plumb, the trusses are set on different sides of the lines, the trusses aren’t plumb or even the same pitch from one side to the other, the plumbing landed in the block wall….i could go on. The previous manager added an office/conference room/bathroom on the long side before I got here. It had its issues too. I think we have them squared away, but I wish we could go back to 1996 and keep Mr. Bledsoe from making that decision! The place I was before here had one of the 3 bay metal building and it would be perfect for us here. They’ve outgrown it though.

It’s a fine line with a lot of gray area on either side. Hard to police and control. And we all feel differently about certain topics. I’m not sure what the fix is.
