Wish it were that easy and logistical. Tube is $210, plus the day to install it. Besides that, unfortunately the tire is totally compromised with a 6” split in the sidewall. I’m money ahead just to wait on the new tire. New tire is Tube-Type so will also have a new tube.

I'm home from training, today's result was 653 kcal.
Started very heavy to train thigh muscles, that's the main reason why the final result wasn't higher. It was also the training plan.

Something I like about doing this is meeting the same people who train there, we are spread from 30's to 80's, with different illnesses and body wear and tear.

Now I'm going to have coffee, stretch my legs lol, and continue cleaning up.
