Just the powder like the others.

I didn't mind the taste, probably need to stir it in better as there was still some grit on the edge of the cup as I finished it. I did seem more awake on my commute in and I still haven't finished my to go cup, 2 hours after I have been recently. I won't say I am convinced but I am going to continue to experiment for now.
