Just got back from physical therapy. Glenda is hurting, but getting around incredibly well.

That would be two liters worth of freedom units.

Its crazy how fast they want people to start therapy. I know thats gotta hurt.

That’s great. Guys I know that have had knee replacements say you have to stick with the therapy and stay active. They’ve done very well with them.

The boss had both knees replaced 6 months apart and she would absolutely agree with you

They try to get the patient moving as quickly as possible, which is certainly very painful for Glenda, but she loses less muscle by starting early.

Have to. Otherwise the chance of blood clots goes way up. They want you up and walking as soon as you come down from the anesthesia.

My mom would drink on a pot of coffee for an entire day and night. Just heating up a cup at time in the microwave.

In the early 90s
The guy i worked with when i installed hardwood,tile, laminate and carpet
Had a beer stein with a silver flap lid on it
It held a whole pot of coffee
This was before the oversized containers that we have now.
He'd drink 5-6 pots of gomart coffee before 11am only gomart not that nasty 7-11 coffee
Then he'd drink 2-3 3 litres were available back then of Pepsi or mountain dew the rest of the day.
Often he would go to the pizza hut bar and fold 3 large pizza's in half and eat them
They were not happy about that.
We went to Golden corral and he took the stainless steel tub probably 5lbs of bourbon chicken that one slowed him down a couple day's
Severe diarrhea.
Lost his legs a few Year's ago diabetes says he feels better than ever plays golf weekly if possible.
