Got a butt on the smoker since last night, just tossed a rack of beef ribs on there, and the other butt from the cryo is going into the insta pot with some spices and orange juice for tacos. Later I have to crawl under the house and repair a leak in the 70 year old flared copper plumbing. Should be muddy moldy fun!

While I had planned to go, the arrival of the kids has thrown a good wrench into things. I have 12 years of catching up to do, as well as a grandson to get to know. I am prioritizing things, and really wanted to get together with y'all. I just don't want to miss any time with the kids. Time flies as it is. Will give it a go next year. Sorry.
