The one Dr is a little aggressive when it comes to medication so I’m ok with her taking small steps
I’ve seen the lowest at 80/60 and I was on the way out the. Pulse was 140 then lol
Normal for the last year has been 160/100 but today it had a mind of its own
Been through a bit of the same thing you are going through, although maybe not as extreme.
All these dizziness and the feeling of heart compensate for correcting it, for me it was many times so brutal that I got anxiety from it too.
I have a blood pressure monitor at home, I used to measure often, it's not stupid in one set, but stupid all the time. However, it was the one that showed that I used too much heart medicine when the readings were as low as yours but in the 40s in pulse.
Today I don't measure, but use a pulse meter on the wrist.
I train to train my heart and veins, but also for the mental part.
