I have no idea, I'm with a physiotherapist, so I train before I go to the bench to break up my shoulder and back.
The bike itself is kind of simple, it's the heart rate on my watch that I look at.

I have no goals other than to train my heart muscle, and keep my body in shape to enjoy the forest and nature and, of course, hunting with Øsa.
It also helps mentally to be able to push the body.

Morning / evening all. Getting into the slacker on vacation mode. Enjoying sleeping in and drinking coffee before doing anything. Having fun with the boat, going to throw an inflatable behind it for the first time tonight and see if we can make the kids scream for mercy.

Had a Volvo S60 as my rental on the coast. I’m a guy that usually loves all the tech and gadgets, this was too much. Everything was accessed through a touch screen, not sure i understood half of what it could do for me.

Took so many pictures on the coast, I won’t share them all but some of the most incredible sights as usual juxtaposed with some of the saddest.
There is a strip of East Hastings in Vancouver that is the epicentre of the homeless and drug crisis in our country. Drove through the area a few few times and it just breaks your heart to see all that human capital just destroyed. “Folded” zombies everywhere you looked.
