Have to load the tractor on the trailer this morning and haul it to my uncle's place. He had 20 yards of topsoil delivered a week ago to fill and level spots in his yard. I suggested that I bring the compact tractor and loader over to save his back, and he actually took me up on the help for once. Torn between using the 3 point tiller or the box blade. Might just bring both...

So we cooked bacon in the air fryer today - it’s a game changer. I had thick cut bacon from our pig ready to eat in less than 5 minutes. We otherwise always cooked it in the oven, which turned out great, but took a while.

I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast this past week. Lost 4lbs.

Raisins, cinnamon, salt in the water. Boil. Add oats. Cook as long/dry as possible on less heat without sticking/burning. Stir in generous spoonful of honey. Pour a layer of milk on the top. Almost every day for most of my life.
