Most sleep experts will tell you if you are going to nap in the afternoon you should drink a cofffee 15 minutes before and then nap for only 15 or 20. You never reach deep REM sleep but wake up crisply as the caffeine is just kicking in. Apparently the best way to nap and not be groggy or more tired after.1,000 milligrams of caffeine has nothing to do with it either I ‘spose… lol
