Most sleep experts will tell you if you are going to nap in the afternoon you should drink a cofffee 15 minutes before and then nap for only 15 or 20. You never reach deep REM sleep but wake up crisply as the caffeine is just kicking in. Apparently the best way to nap and not be groggy or more tired after.

there are times i just pass out watching tv or a video and wake up when its done

I've done this many times. I work second shift, and I will cat nap from 1:30-2pm right after having a cup of coffee. It does work, for me anyway

That’s crazy. Same ball joints are $30 on rock auto. Moog is garbage IMO. I put them in a buddies Yota and one snapped after about two weeks.

Morning All. Slacked last night and had a few pages of catching up to do. Even the other post I made already was typed yesterday and I slacked on the post button, lol.

Taking the youngest to town to do a little shopping, he’s finally on spring break but mom and dad are working, going to Mexico in z3 weeks so only the boy could afford extra holidays… going to get him some Lego and other stuff to do that isn’t on a screen to keep him busy for the week.

There were some knockoff parts being passed off as Moog which were definitely not better than original like Moog.
