Factory FU. 2 months out of warranty time wise, 4000 hours out of warranty use wise.

I would think if that was the situation, that the dealership would be able to put some pressure on corporate and get part, or all, of it covered under warranty. Especially with good pictures indicating improper assembly.

I know a lot comes into play here: like whether or not they bought the tractor from you, how loyal of a customer they are for other parts/service.. Ultimately it’s the dealership that’s the mediator between the customer and corporate, and they have to be the voice of both sides.. That being said, I once had a dealer repair my out-of-warranty snowmobile by entering a floor model VIN into the system and taking care of me. Every situation is different. Personally, with the knowledge that it was a factory FU, I would be pressuring corporate regardless.
