Yesterday morning I bottomed out my 2640 in the ruts I've made feeding my cattle this winter. So, for the last two day we've been hauling rocks to fill up the ruts. I tired to get a couple of loads of rip rap, but with the road building projects going on here I couldn't find anyone who could haul to me. I'm tired....Bubba is tired....Glenda is tired too. But....the ruts are filled in, and I can get in and out of the fields. Plus GFYs if needed.

Put 3 bales out for dad and cousin Saturday with the ole Ferd 4630.
I love the shuttle shift. Best thing ever for a loader tractor. Pick a gear and go forward or backward.
Ruts going in to the pasture at my grandparents homeplace werent bad, as I personally helped Chuck rocks in those some years ago.
Cousins wasnt bad at all, cause his upper pasture has good drainage, and is on a hill where the family homesite is.
Getting that last bale down behind where my grandpas barn used to be was sketchy. Wish that Ferd had FWA.
Ground is just rotten right now.
