Mornin' guys. Turkey on the smoker with some hickory, eggs on and already off and in an ice bath. I hope to get enough to peel clean to devil. Mixed up some marinade and venison to dry out on the smoker tomorrow. Got my second deer in three sits Thursday morning, that's my kind of hunting! The weather hasn't been good for hanging this week so I processed it yesterday afternoon after I stuck it to the man for a few hours of double time on top of the holiday pay. This one will mostly be ground, with some salami and jerky as well.
Fingers crossed that a little smoker work is all that ends up happening tomorrow, it's been a crazy busy couple of weeks.
