Morning tribe…no dire straits *s-wordt on the plan of the day so winging it might be in order. Did score another 22” Weber Performer off FB Marketplace yesterday after work for $60 (beats the hell outta $499 new) that’s in pretty damn good shape so may fool with it and clean it up. Only thing the grill doesn’t have is the $40 tip out charcoal bin that mounts on the bottom wire shelf on the cart…no biggie, I’ll order one.

I agree with all the above grill posts…guilty!

Fella actually wanted $100 for it, and I would’ve given it to him, then when he couldn’t produce the tip-out charcoal bin, there in walks the $40 discount. He actually had the goobers and said “I’ll split the price of the bin with ya” and my reply was simply “I don’t have to have the damn thing, you can split the difference with someone else.” Wasn’t like I had to drive far to look at it or get it…just so happens he lives a mile and a half from me. He backed up on that “splitting the charcoal bin” pretty quick, took the $60 and into the back of the Mega-Sled it went. Actually gonna give this one to my son.
