Will be Larry. Tamara’s sciatica flared up with all the moving and cleaning and such. Instead of resting and listening to her body she kept pushing though and it got worse. I got a text while ion my flight home that she was going g to the hospital because of the pain. I went straight there when I landed and took her home a short while later without much relief. They didn’t give her anything for the pain just an anti-inflammatory that should help “in a few days”. Thursday she had two fainting/ passing out episodes from the pain and I couldn’t calm her enough to move and had to call for help.

She’s slowly improving but still on a pretty high dose of morphine to be mobile at all.

Brazed the broken leg back on this Singer sewing machine base and gave it a coat of hammered finish paint.
Now to find a top for it...
Already have one with a marble top.
May make a pair of new tops.

I have one of the same bases holding up a half round in my master bathroom. Always love how they used to make things.

Due to switching trucks I wanted to be sure everything was good to go. Plus where I keep it at my parents it needs to come out before other stuff goes in.

That's the 2012 that was my daughter's. I got her a car, that became my new plow truck. When weather gets crappy, she will drive that again as she's accustomed to it.

Not really, but I know a guy that runs a sawmill in town.
Also know some folks in the granite business here. Maybe granite tops.
