Finally got to finish the skid steer up yesterday for my last vacation day of the week. Fired it up drove 10-15 feet lifted the buck higher blew a hose took a bath in trans hydraulic and that ended the day. 4 new lift hoses and a oil change today.

I'll see if I can't figure something out to attach it. I'd hate to have a fluke chain throw and there goes my nice tank.

Just be sure the rubber chip guard is in place in the clutch cover, and that you have a chain catcher in place. It will be fine.

Saw something interesting yesterday afternoon…of course all that monsoon rain the guessers had anticipated for us in mid-Ga never panned out with the tropical storm bullshitt drifting farther west in the gulf, we never got enough rain all day to fill a Dixie cup. Anyhoo, was cutting up some boxes by the shop mid-day or so, just happened to look up and that biggest of the three/four hawks that patrol around here, flew over the house with a four foot or so snake in its’ meat hook talons.

Best as I can tell from the news no structures were lost last night in the West Kelowna fire. We’re about to head out and go soak in some hot spring this afternoon.

Anyone talk to @bigbadbob lately? He’s in the thick of some of the largest longest burning fires in the area.

I do need an old Mac to play with sometime, I have a few old 80cc non piston bearing saws but a newer one than that.

May I recommend the 1010Super for your medium duty hacking at 57 cc, and the Pro Mac 700 or 7-10 for a 70 cc option?
If you want an 82 cc in a more modern package, the SP-80/81 has anti vibe and all the modern conveniences.
The 800/8200/850 Macs are all good ive heard. Dont own any of those yet.

We didn’t go anywhere near Kamloops as it was the worst for fires. Intended to spend a couple days in Kelowna but Covid…. Just sitting in Balfour waiting for the ferry to take us across the lake and then on to Radium for a soak in the hot springs.
