If he cuts out the inner rockers the outers now have no support. It will bow out sometimes from the roof weight pushing down. If it does you skew the area where the quarters come into the door jam. I *frenched up a few cars. Fitting *s-word up after the fact sucks. More bracing is betterer. Fitting doors to a slightly out of whack door jams really SUCKS!
I don't believe it can bow with the 2" tube steel welded across the door openings. That tube steel is what will be supporting the outer rockers. The brace I drew in yellow is to keep the door jamb square front to back so it doesn't "parallelogram" on itself. I'll take lots of measurements before I unbolt the body and re-measure before I weld anything.
