We had a ham from the Honey Baked Ham Company and made green beans, broccoli rice casserole, deviled eggs, and potato salad. Just about time to go for another round.

Cooked about 5.5min/lb @ 500f turned off oven for 1 3/4 hrs, without opening the door, and added 20min @ 375f for finished temp of 120 and all rare/med/rare. It was good.
Just a little left over.

We added a french style bean/cream of mushroom with french's onion bake and a 7 layer salad. Burp.

So what time should I be there?

You'll have to use the DeLorean and 88MPH to make it happen, served right at 4:30.
