Ha Ha. I don’t know the full story but I think the neighbour from Arizona rented it for a week while she had her grandkids up for their first ever snowy Christmas. I very much want one but I don’t have plumber bucks…

Afternoon ope. After an hour and half of running the Pitboss for a test it never would get to temp. Ran 10-20 degrees colder than set temp. Guess I will spend my morning tomorrow on the phone with tech to see what part they are sending this time. I’m extremely frustrated as it’s not even two years old and I can’t trust it to do its job. I’ve spent all morning looking at a replacement buy not sure what way to go

Mine took a little finagling to get going this morning - but it’s 30 degrees out now. I cleaned the fire pot out, and added a handful of pellets before attempting to start it. Then I switched it up to 200* before it’s start cycle was done. Seemed to take off from there. Held 200 degrees steady for the first 3 hours, and now holding 225 steady to finish.

We’ll have something eventually, this was not the year with the boat purchase and kitchen reno.
