Afternoon jaw jackers. I broke down and put the thermal blanket on the smoker per pitboss request and it did finally get to temp and started there. Seemed to use more pellets than I feel necessary but I’ll do another test with nothing on the grill to see if it will make it 8 hours. I’ll wait till it gets colder first to really test it though.
