GM puts those towards are training numbers. We are required to have a minimum of 2 people at 100% in each category. Because we no longer have that we lose some warranty administration and what's called other labor hours which we can bill to warranty for broken bolts and other unforeseen circumstances. So, if he thought I've been an asshôle to him previously, he hasn't seen shït yet.
