Good morning guys, did some French omelette action and bacon for breakfast. Should get the WSM huffin' after lunch. Local grocer had whole pork loins for $1.88/lb, so I'm brining a hunk of that today along with some cow ribs. I like to take the loin to ~135° and slice it for a quick sear on the grill later in the week. With apples in season I bet I can get the Mrs to make a chutney to put on top.
