I've never received an invitation to any of my reunions.
I'm not sure if it still is, but when I graduated from Stevens Point, it has the highest student population of all WI high schools. I think my graduating class was around 720 people.

We had 92. And it was a regional vo-tech school. At least our graduation ceremony was fast.

Original battery in the Malibu went flat with while doing a car cleaning yesterday, mfg date in '12, so maybe it's time.
Still takes a charge and holds it, but the reserve capacity seems to be getting a bit short.
This ones sealed tite, was going to check electrolyte level, Oh well !

Replace it now, or wait until it's -10 and then change it. Because that's exactly when it will fail again!

Good morning fellas. Glad I went last night. Only stayed a couple hours, but it was nice to have some conversation with people I haven’t seen in a long time. We had over 400 in my graduating class, but only about 40 showed up last night. Go figure.

Caught an opossum in the backyard trap last night. Caught it about a month ago and released it as they supposedly eat bugs and ticks. But it kept stealing suet cakes that are meant for the woodpeckers. So it is now roaming a county park about 5 miles from here.

Cooling fans on the granddaughter's Jeep still popping fuses. Can't find any good reason for it. Wiring looks good, relays ain't corroded. Fans spin freely. I hate cars.

Check the grounds. High resistance in a ground can lead to excessive Amp draw.
Could also be the motors themselves drawing too much. Any chance you have an Amp clamp in your tool arsenal?

I see Ed already suggested it, but it sounds like the motor(s) to me are faulty internally.

Amp clamp? I'll be looking into that.

Ed was correct as usual. Passenger side fan is fubared. I just disconnected it for now.

If it doesn't crap out sooner. 12 years is the most I've seen a battery in a car last.
While not a car battery, I had a OEM Yussa in a Yamaha still going strong when I sold it, that was 14 years old.
From day one after acquiring those 4 cylinders, if the bike was going to sit for more than a week or 2, a 1A desulfator / maintainer was turned on.

I'm currently at 17 yrs on a starting boat battery doing the same routine, but that desulfator is 1.5A.
