My friend bought one of these a 2023 at auction Fecon-FTX300-Product-Hero.jpg
Fecon ftx300 those cutter's cost 1200.00 each bit he said
So he bought several extra complete cutting heads
He said they don't last as long as you'd think they would
He charges 275.00 per hour and has contracts to cut along the interstate toll roads.
I told him I'll run it hopefully he lets me.

Afternoon goons. The brisket bark never set up like normally happens for me so we just let it roll unwrapped. It was probing quite tender at 3 so it got wrapped in foil and a towel. It will rest until 5 then I’ll slice it and see how I did.IMG_5171.jpeg

How much you get mowed 50 acres?
Lawd no. My neighbor is a "horse person", and she ain't using much pasture since a couple of her geldings got old af. I cut a 4 acre spot she gave me for hay. Hadn't been cut at all since last year. Should be a few good bales.

We drove around and looked at all of ours yesterday.it made 961 5x5 bales in the spring we are guessing 300 maybe if we are lucky this cutting.you will get more off of that 4 acres than we get off of 25😂

My second cutting is not gonna be worth a damn....so I was glad to get it. She has 8 or 10 acres more that I cut early spring, before it got real dry, it will make a little too. I'll cut it in September.

Evening Fellas. It was a busy Sunday. Moved our Fire Escape shelter to the new concrete pad today. 100 ton crane and a bunch of good help!

Neighbour with the broken leg texted me today that our hot water cylinder overflow pipe had been weeping.
Not sure if we use the same system as you lot, but I channeled my inner Nic and splurged $2 on a new inlet sealing washer (and a spare).
Couldn't see anything obvious in the half light under the house but it doesn't look to flash under a zoomed samsung microscope.
