Well, got a call from a friend with a local horse ranch who I'd cleared a lot of Cottonwoods for..."got a leaner..."
It was at a good 60° with the roots pulled up on the back side...all hanging half into a big Willow and over his back yard. 16-18" Cottonwood...great.
Wound up pulling it into the yard with my winch to about a 30° angle, then small face and quick backcut...dropped right between two fence posts 😁.
His little tractor cleared the parts and they got back to fence building.
Used the 2 262s I just got finished.
One did great, the other needs tuning and maybe a ring.
Back in the AC now. Too old for that *s-word...

It seems like every 3 weeks we get a different type of gear lube for the trucks.
I know there's at least 6 in use based off what axle it is.

This is the first yellow colored gear oil I've seen.

My Nissan uses ATF in the transfer case since it has its' own little torque converter. People have put 75w-90 in them by mistake and it locks them up tight. My neighbors' Silverado differential uses a fluid that almost looks like ATF but is a bit thicker.

Good afternoon guys,
The headlights have been fixed in the tractor, it remains to adjust them tomorrow evening.

I polished up the lamp frame, really a big mistake, because I'll have to polish the rest of the red now. I've had the tractor for 12 years and most of it is a first.
We'll see what happens, tomorrow I think I'll take the chainsaw and drive in the forest, see if I can use some of the wind blown trees.

On Monday I'm going on a trip to Søgne, the boy intends to buy more led lights for the rear this time, and some cables, and some other electronics..

My eyelids are sagging from old age, and causing my eyelashes to be pushed into my eye. Plus I have to get a camera stuck down my throat, AND I've got to see an orthopedic doctor about the tendon in my heel. Blood pressure is good now though.
We have entered the maintenance age Randy

I’m sure someone here can help you with your lashes lol
@sawmikaze flies in to offer Randy Evans a brazilian wax.

Bought a new rod and reel today, along with some new tackle. Been a few years since I’ve been into fishing, and we have a trip to a lake coming up. When I opened my tackle box, the fishing regs book was in there from 2009…
Pictures?
