I thought i was going to rip the recoil apart but it held for now at least.
I left it in the sun a couple of hours and it made it easier to pull start
Heat cycling today.

Totally Awesome from the dollar general in the usc. You want a sissy button on that one!! That cylinder plus a pop up should have absolutely retarded amounts of compression!

Evening folks. I got the rear deck filler panel glued in on the Skylark and began tacking the front edge. Hopefully get this rear window area in primer by the end of the week.

Hurricane inbound. Got the Bobcat welder fueled up and have 50 gallons of fuel in a transfer tank. Saws topped off n sharpened. Shop roll up doors blocked in. It will go around us now that I got all this sh1t ready.

I didn't use a base gasket
It's a good thing i put 4.5 true blue rope on it
It would've snapped the china rope.
I might have to get a button on it i couldn't pull it at all without a bar on it.
Feels real strong it flows much better than stock i had to adjust carb settings several turns in
I'll try to get it started tomorrow to tune in wood.

The cylinder fins being relieved on that side makes putting on the top cover over the plug wire easy.
