I started taking amlodipine for blood pressure a few weeks ago. Pain in my lower legs has become unbearable in the last few days. I did a search for side effects of amlodipine, and this is the number one thing.....

Ok.....fugh that stuff.

Randy, there are so many different BP meds that the Dr should be able to get you on something that doesn’t hurt.

Blood pressure meds are a pain to get right.
They can get my pressure down but i get lightheaded.
My neighbor has to take water pills with the other meds but has to drink water and then piss so much he can't leave the bathroom for very long.

Keep a chart of your BP and side effects to show the doctor so he can alter your meds to keep you going.
We need you healthy to ride herd on this rabble.
